On 25 January 2019, H.E Sao Sopheap, Secretary of State for Ministry of Environment, the representative of H.E Minister Say Sam Al, has led the delegation to attend the 3rd Forum of Ministers and Environmental Authorities for Asia Pacific. The forum was attended by ministers and representatives of the country in Asia Pacific region, United Nations environmental organizations, international organizations, scientists, researchers, private institutions, and civil societies in Singapore, to discuss the progress of the implementation of the decision and the statement of the United Nations Environment Assembly at the regional level and prioritize the work For contributing to the Assembly of Environment, 4th National, including the exchange of views around the environmental challenges and innovative solutions for sustainable consumption and production.
