Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Cambodia, has decided to issue a Sub-Decree on Deactivation of KAMSAB, KAMPUCHEA Shipping Agency and Brokers, This Sub-Decree will take effect from 28 February 2019.
Samdech stated that the Deactivation of KAMSAB made a loss on nation budget for only 500,000 US dollars per year, but this will made a competitiveness of the national economy, facilitating trade into Cambodia, while modern technology, foreign ships can directly communicate directly to the port.
