The Head of the Royal Government of Cambodia, Samdech Techo Hun Sen told the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication to prepare Free Wifi in various tourist destinations throughout the country, especially Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville before 2023. This remarks were made in morning of February 25, 2019 during the occasion of the 7th National Clean City Day at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel.
