On Thursday morning, Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdey Say Chhum, President of the Senate, received a courtesy call from H.E Beketzhan Zhumakhanov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Cambodia based in Hanoi, the Republic of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
During this meeting, the ambassador delivered to Samdech Techo Hun SenSenate the Letter of H.E Nurlan Nigmatulin, President of NA of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to invite the President of the Cambodia Senate and the Cambodian Parliamentary Delegates to attend the 4th Asia-Europe Meeting of Asian Parliamentarians’ Forum, which will take place on 23-24 March. September 2019 in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.
