On Wednesday afternoon, on the 27th of March 2019, Samdech Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of Cambodia presided over the closing ceremony of the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport held an annual meeting and launched its new year since March 25, 2019. At this meeting, the ministry reviewed many of the tasks accomplished in the year and reviewed some of the poorer points to reach in the new year.
At this assembly, it examined and refined many jobs to improve the educational work. Please note that education is a priority sector for the Royal Government of Cambodia. The government has provided high salaries for officials and teachers, and even the national budget for education is also high.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen emphasized that education was one of the priorities that Samdech Hun Sen had taken since 1979 and has been continuously improving since the stage of suffering until progress has been made.
Samdech Techo HUN SEN presides over the closing ceremony of the Ministry of Education to provide some opportunity to make recommendations on improving education in Cambodia.
