On 22 April 2019, H.E Mao Phirun, Kandal Provincial Governor, held talk with delegation of EDC led by H.E Prang Chulsa, Deputy General Director of EDC, to address the impacts on land, construction, houses, people’s trees for the construction of 230 KV and 500 KV transmission lines from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh by crossing Kadal Province.
