On 24 April 2019, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, held talk with Mr. Chen Yoan, President of the China Association for International Friendly Contact.
H.E Chen Yoam informed Samdech Techo about his 2nd visit in Cambodia to encourage the Chinese investor as well as to reduce the poverty in Cambodia as soon as possible. Meanwhile, he has noticed the well-development in the country, especially in Phnom Penh.
