On 25 April 2019, Minister of Women’s Affairs in collaboration with ACCESS Team on organizing the Workshop on Dissemination of the Strategic Planning Plan 2020-2022 under the presidency of HEr H.E Hu Samith, Secretary of State for Ministry of Women’s Affairs and Ms. Anne Rouve-Khiev, Leader of ACCESS team. The purpose of the workshop is to respond to the First Activity of ACCESS related to the building and strengthening the capacity of the ministry’s public finance management process.
(1) facilitating the dissemination of guidelines, guidelines for drawing up the strategic plan for 2020-2022, set by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
(2) Encourage and provide opportunities for reflection and discussion of issues related to the preparation of a budgetary strategic plan.
(3) to further strengthen the capacity and quality of the documents, plans, documents, budget plans, and more to the extent that the Ministry of Women’s Affairs contributes to strengthening the linkage to the budget, the central agenda of the Public Financial Reform Program Of the Royal Government.
