On Thursday 25 April 2019, H.E Lim KeanHoar, Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, paid an inspection visit to the Construction of Lum Hach Irrigation System at Bory Bo district, Kampong Chhnang province.
This construction was built under the concessional loan of Japan for approximately $ 33 million for three years (2017-2019). This project is carried out by Tidal Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. And overseeing the project implementation by Japanese company NIPPON KOEI.
