នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ១រោច ខែអាសាឍ ឆ្នាំកុរ ឯកស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៣ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ លោកជំទាវ នាវ ច័ន្ទថាណា ទេសាភិបាលរង ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកស្រី Kanchanatetee Vasuvat តំណាង GIZ និងជាប្រធានគម្រោងសិក្សានិងវាយតម្លៃហិរញ្ញវត្ថុបៃតងដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តក្នុងប្រទេសចំនួន ៥ រួមមាន៖ ប្រទេសបូតាន ថៃ វៀតណាម ឡាវ និងកម្ពុជា ដោយផ្តោតលើ៖
១/- ការលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីហិរញ្ញវត្ថុបៃតងដល់ផលិតករ អតិថិជន និងសាមីគ្រឹះស្ថានធនាគារនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
២/- ការប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផលបៃតង (Green products) និងការគ្រប់គ្រងកាកសំណល់
៣/- ជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសក្នុងការរៀបចំគោលនយោបាយ និងគោលការណ៍ណែនាំអំពីហិរញ្ញវត្ថុបៃតង និង
៤/- ការវាយតម្លៃផ្តល់រង្វាន់ដល់គ្រឹះស្ថានធនាគារនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដែលគោរពតាមគោលនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍបៃតង
On 17 July 2019, Her Excellency Neav Chanthana, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), delighted to meet Mrs. Kanchanatetee Vasuvat, a representative of GIZ and as a Project Manager of Measuring Green Finance in 5 countries such as Bhutan, Thailand, Vietnam, Lao PDR and Cambodia by focusing on:
1/- Raise awareness on green finance for banks and financial institutions (BFIs), customers and producers.
2/- Green product consumptions and waste management
3/- Technical assistance on green finance policies and guidelines
4/- Evaluate and award on BFIs, which complied with the government policy and green development.
