On the Afternoon of 02 September 2019, H.E Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment received a courtesy call from the delegation of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy led by Mr. Louis Low and Ms. Tiffany Wan, prior to the discussion on the cooperation of HRD ( Human Resource Development ) in order to strengthen the quality of serving the public service to the citizen.
