នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៣០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២០នេះ សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នឹងអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងពិធីបើកការដ្ឋានសាងសង់ និងកែលំអរផ្លូវចំនួន៣៨ខ្សែ ក្នុងក្រុងសៀមរាប ខេត្តសៀមរាប។
ផ្លូវទាំង៣៨ខ្សែនេះ មានប្រវែងសរុប ១០៨.៧៤គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ដោយគ្រោងប្រើប្រាស់ថវិកាជាតិសរុបប្រមាណ ១៤០លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក និងថវិកាជាង ៩លានដុល្លារអាមេរិកទៀត សម្រាប់ការងារចាំបាច់ក្នុងការរៀបចំស្ថាបនាប្រព័ន្ធបង្ហូរទឹកភ្លៀង និងទឹកកក្វក់ដែលនៅក្រៅគម្រោងសាងសង់ខ្សែផ្លូវទាំង៣៨នេះ។
តាមរយៈគម្រោងសាងសង់ផ្លូវទាំង៣៨ខ្សែនេះ
នឹងធ្វើឲ្យទីក្រុងសៀមរាប ប្រែក្លាយរូបរាងជាទីក្រុងទំនើប និងទេសចរណ៍ ដ៏មានសក្តានុពល ដែលត្រូវបានរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាកំណត់ជាតំបន់ស្នូលនៃប៉ូលអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិ ជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍វប្បធម៌ប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត និងធម្មជាតិ ស្របតាមរូបសាស្ត្រទីក្រុង រួមជាមួយការគិតគូរដល់ការការពារ និងកែលម្អបរិស្ថាន ផាសុកភាពរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងការរៀបចំអភិវឌ្ឍទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃ (Smart City) ផងដែរ។
ក្រោយពីបញ្ចប់ការសាងសង់ទៅ គម្រោងនេះនឹងដើរតួជាហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធប្រទាក់ក្រឡាគ្នា តភ្ជាប់ទីប្រជុំជន ទៅជាយក្រុង និងតភ្ជាប់ទៅកាន់តំបន់ទេសចរណ៍សំខាន់ៗ និងបណ្តាញខ្សែផ្លូវជាតិនានា សំដៅកាត់បន្ថយការកកស្ទះចរាចរណ៍ក្នុងទីក្រុង ជំរុញកំណើនដឹកជញ្ជូន ទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិន ធុរជន និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ-អន្តរជាតិ ដែលជាការរួមចំណែកក្នុងការជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន នៅក្រោយវិបត្តិនៃជំងឺកូវីដ-១៩។

Samdech Techo Hun Sen Presides over here Today Morning the Inauguration Ceremony of the 38 Roads Construction in Siem Reap Province.
These 38 roads have a total length of 108.74 km, with a total budget of 140 million US dollars and more than 9 million US dollars for the necessary work to prepare for sewage systems.
Through the construction of these 38 roads
Siem Reap will be transformed into a modern city and a potential tourist destination that has been designated by the Royal Government of Cambodia as a core area of the National Development Pole as a cultural, historical and natural tourism destination in line with Urban physics, along with consideration for the protection and improvement of the environment, the comfort of the people and the development of smart cities.
After finishing the construction, this project will act as an interconnected infrastructure connecting the town to the suburbs and to major tourist sites and the national road, in order to reduce traffic congestion in the city, promote transportation growth, attract investors, businessmen and international tourists, which will contribute to the growth of National Economy after the crisis of Covid-19.
