ព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ០៥រោច ខែផល្គុន ព.ស២៥៦១ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ឯកឧត្តម ឡាយ វណ្ណៈ អភិបាលខេត្តតាកែវ បានចុះសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរភូមិ ឃុំ ក្នុងឃុំជំរះពេន និងឃុំបឹងត្រាញ់ខាងជើង ស្រុកសំរោង នៅតាមសាលាឃុំនីមួយៗ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះឯកឧត្តម ឡាយ វណ្ណៈ បានជម្រុញដល់អាជ្ញាធរភូមិ ឃុំ ទាំងអស់ត្រូវចុះជួបប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យបានទ្វេដង ត្រូវបង្កើនការយកចិត្តទុក្ខដាក់ជាមួយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដើម្បីដឹងសុខទុក្ខ កង្វល់នានារបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ហើយធ្វើការដោះស្រាយជាបន្ទាន់ ប្រសិនបើពុំមានលទ្ធភាពដោះស្រាយបានទេត្រូវធ្វើរបាយការណ៍មកលើដើម្បីចាត់វិធានការដោះស្រាយជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដោយមិនប្រកាន់និន្នាការនយោបាយឡើង។
បន្ថែមពីនោះឯកឧត្តមក៏បានជម្រុញដល់អាជ្ញាធរភូមិ ឃុំទាំងអស់ខិតខំបង្រួបបង្រួមគ្នា សាមគ្គីគ្នានៅក្នុងមហាគ្រួសារខ្មែរ ជាពិសេសបងប្អូនដែលជ្រុលចាញ់បោកនយោបាយប្រជាភិថុត របស់ក្រុមប្រឆាំងអគតិដែលតែងតែដើរញុះញង់ឱ្យខ្មែរបែកបាក់គ្នា សំដៅធ្វើយ៉ាងណារួមគ្នាកសាង អភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចំរើន ទាក់ទាញសមានចិត្តប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យជឿជាក់ និងមានភាពកក់ក្តៅកាន់តែខ្លាំងចំពោះរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹនាំរបស់សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជានាចក្រកម្ពុជា ។

HE Lay Vannak makes a visit Local Authorities in Chumraes Pen and Boeng Tranh commune, Somrong district.

His Excellency Lay Vannak, Governor of Takeo Province, had a discussion with Local authorities, Chumraes Pen and Boeung Tranh North commune, Samrong district in each commune office.
During that occasion, HE Lay Vannak urged local authorities to twice time visit to local people to address the concerns of the people, and to make immediate remedies, if not possible,just make a report to find out the solution without discrimination
.
In addition, he also urged the local authorities to unify, especially those who deceived the political opposition’s policies who often plays inciting division aims to jointly develop local infrastructure in order to give a confidence and warmth to our people under the leadership of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
