ប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ត្រ អន្លុងចារ ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំបន្ទាយចក្រី និងឃុំព្រះស្តេច ស្រុកព្រះស្តេច ខេត្តព្រៃវែង ត្រូវបានក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម បើកការដ្ឋានដំណើរការសាងសង់កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៣០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៧ ដោយមានទំហំការងារ ៖
– ស្តារប្រឡាយមេ ប្រវែង ១៥.០០០ ម
– ជីកប្រឡាយមេ ០១ ខ្សែ ប្រវែង ១៥.០០០ ម
– សាងសង់សំណង់សិល្បការតូចធំ ចំនួន ៤៥ កន្លែង
– សាងសង់អគារសហគមន៍កសិករប្រើប្រាស់ទឹក ចំនួន ០១ ខ្នង ។
គម្រោងនេះ នឹងផ្តល់ទឹកស្រោចស្រពដល់ផ្ទៃដីបង្កបង្កើនផលស្រូវ ប្រមាណ ៣.១៤៥ ហិកតា (អាចធ្វើបាន ៣ ដង ក្នុង ១ ឆ្នាំ) ។
The construction of An Lung Char Hydrologic system has reached 80% so far, located at Banteay Chak Krey and Preah Sdech Commune, Preah Sdech District, Prey Veng Province.
The construction was started since 30 November 2017. Workloads include
-The rehabilitation of 15000 meters length of Major Canal
-The Construction of 15000meters length of Major Canal
-The construction of 45 places of Art Conatructio.
-The construction of Department of farmer committee .
This reservoir will irrigate over 3145 hectares of agriculture land approximately 3 times a year .
