Discussions on Infrastructure Development and Road Safety Improvement in Cambodia at the Bilateral Meeting between Senior Minister Sun Chanthol and the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport of Korea
ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ៨កើត ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំច សំរឹទ្ធិស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦២ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងជារដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន បានជួបពិភាក្សាទ្វេភាគី ជាមួយលោកជំទាវ Kim Hyun Mee រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងដែនដី ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងដឹកជញ្ជូននៃ សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ។
រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ បានពិភាក្សាគ្នាអំពីវិធីសាស្ត្រល្អៗដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការរវាងគ្នា ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងដល់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនៅកម្ពុជាតាមរយៈបច្ចេកវិទ្យាហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ។
លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី Kim Hyun Mee បានជម្រាបជូនពីឆន្ទៈរបស់សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េក្នុងការជួយដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជាប្រព័ន្ធ។ ការអភិវឌ្ឍនេះរួមបញ្ចូលទាំង បច្ចេកវិទ្យាហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជាតិ និងព័ត៌មានមូលដ្ឋាន ការគាំទ្រផ្នែកបច្ចេកវិទ្យា កម្មវិធីស្រាវជ្រាវនិងផ្លាស់ប្តូរសុសវែរ (ដែលអាចឱ្យក្រសួងសាធារណៈការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូនកម្ពុជាមានលទ្ធភាពទទួលបាន) ព្រមទាំងការបង្កើត មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនៅកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។
ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានកត់សម្គាល់ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ដែលបានផ្តល់ជំនួយអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងរយៈពេលប្រាំចុងក្រោយនេះ ដោយបានជួយធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងដល់ការបំពាក់ឧបករណ៍សុវត្ថិភាព សម្ភារៈសុវត្ថិភាព និងវិធានការសុវត្ថិភាពលើផ្លូវជាតិរបស់កម្ពុជា ការសាងសង់ប្រព័ន្ធលូបង្ហូរទឹកកខ្វក់ ការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងរោងចក្រប្រព្រឹត្តកម្មសំណល់ទឹកកខ្វក់ និងទឹកទន្លេកម្ពុជា និងគម្រោងធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើង បណ្តាញផ្លូវថ្នល់ផ្សេងទៀត។
ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានជម្រាបជូនលោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីកូរ៉េអំពីគម្រោងនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននិងនាពេលអនាគតជាមួយនិងអង្គការKOICA ដែលក្នុងនោះរួមមាន៖ ការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងផ្លូវជាតិនានា រោងចក្រ ប្រព្រឹត្តកម្មទឹកកខ្វក់នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប និងក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ការបង្កើតមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលស្រាវជ្រាវនិងវិទ្យាស្ថានមន្ទីរពិសោធន៍និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងផែនការមេសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កំពង់ផែ។
ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានស្នើឱ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រដល់គម្រោងទាំងនេះ។ ជាការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងសំណើរបស់ឯកឧត្ដមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានយល់ព្រមជូនដំណឹងដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកូរ៉េអំពីសំណើទាំងនេះ។
ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលកូរ៉េខាងត្បូងដែលបានផ្តល់ ជំនួយអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជាច្រើននៅកម្ពុជា និង រង់ចាំកិច្ចសហការបន្ត នាពេលអនាគតរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

On September 17th, 2018, H.E. Sun Chanthol, Senior Minister and Minister of Public Works and Transport, held a bilateral meeting with LCT. Kim Hyun Mee, Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport of the Republic of Korea.
They discussed methods to better collaborate with each other to improve Cambodia’s infrastructure through infrastructure technology.
LCT. Minister Kim Hyun Mee reported the willingness of the Republic of Korea government to assist the Cambodian government on Systematic Infrastructure Development. This includes national infrastructure technology and ground information, technology support, and research and exchange software (that is accessible to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia), as well as the establishment of an Infra Technology Center in Cambodia.
H.E. Senior Minister noted and expressed his sincere thanks to the Korean government for their infrastructure development assistance over the last five years that helped in the improvement of road safety equipment, road safety materials and safety measures on the country’s national roads, construction of sewerage systems, the improvement of Cambodia’s river and waste water treatment plants, and other road improvement projects.
H.E. Senior Minister briefed the Korean Minister on current and future projects involving KOICA which include the improvement of national roads, waste water treatment plants in Siem Reap and Takhmav, the establishment of the Research Center and Institute for Laboratories and Training, and the Master Plan for Port Development.
Minister Sun requested that the Republic of Korea government support these projects. In response to H.E. Senior Minister requests, LCT. Minister agreed to notify the Korean government about these requests.
Minister Sun expressed his sincere thanks to the Korean government for their extensive infrastructure development assistance and looked forward to future cooperation between the two countries.
