In the Afternoon of Thursday, 01 November 2018, Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, President of the Senate, held his brother’s Seventh day Adventist Funeral for Holy Spirit, Mr. Say Kim Sean, who passed away on 27 October 2018 in the age of 78 years old. The ceremony was held at Botum Votey Pagoda.
