In the Morning of 16 November 2018, H.E Chea Cheth, Chairperson of the 2nd Committee of the Senate, and H.E Om Sarith, General Secretary of the Senate, held talk with Mr. Gunnar Fors, Senior Consultant of the FACT Institute of the Parliamentary Institute of Cambodia (PIC), about the support of the Swedish Parliament for the construction of the PBO Training Course of the Parliamentary Institute of Cambodia in the upcoming Senate Special Hall.
