Cambodia has been attending the 15th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM), the 8th ADMM-Plus and the ASEAN-China Defence Ministers’ Informal Meeting hosted by Brunei Ministry of Defence.
Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh led a delegation to attend the virtual meetings taking place on June 15-16.
According to the Cambodian Ministry of National Defence, four concept papers under the ADDM framework and the Bandar Seri Begawan Declaration on the commemoration of the 15th Anniversary of ASEAN Defence Ministers toward the ASEAN’s future, peace and prosperity will be adopted on the occasion.
The 8th ADMM-Plus will discuss regional and international security environment, while the ASEAN-China Defence Ministers’ Informal Meeting will look into regional and international situation.
