H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism received here on Feb. 6 a delegation of Turkish Airlines led by Mr. Suayb Ozhan, General Manager for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, along with his delegation to discuss tourism cooperation and direct flight between Türkiye and Cambodia.
H.E. Ms. Ülkü Kocaefe, the Ambassador of Türkiye to Cambodia, was also present in the meeting.
According to the Ministry of Tourism, the discussion focused on cooperation in the tourism sector and promotion of direct flight connectivity between Cambodia and Türkiye to facilitate travel for citizens and Turkish tourists between the two countries.
Turkish Airlines has initiated discussions with Cambodian authorities and relevant stakeholders to explore the possibility of establishing direct flights between both nations.
