New Technical Training Collaboration Deal Signed

The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and Japan’s HONDA CARS HAKATA CO., LTD. have reached a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for vehicle painters training.

The MoU was inked between H.E. Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, and Mr. Koshiro Muto, CEO of HONDA CARS HAKATA, in Phnom Penh on Dec. 24.

The four-year agreement aims to provide professional vehicle spraying skills, especially for students at the Industrial Technical Institute (ITI).

H.E. Heng Sour emphasised that the move will mutually benefit the company and the students, particularly young Cambodian men and women offered with the skills.

It will contribute to supporting Cambodia’s target to promote technical vocational training for 1.5 million youth for both local and international job markets.
