A high-level Cambodian parliamentary delegation, led by Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly, arrived in Seoul, the Republic of Korea, on April 10 to participate in the Universal Peace Federation World Summit 2025, taking place from April 10 to 14.
At Incheon International Airport, the delegation received a warm welcome from H.E. Ms. Chring Botum Rangsay, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Korea, and her colleagues.
Upon arrival, Samdech Khuon Sudary is scheduled to visit Hanyang Cyber University, a leading institution for online education, in Seoul, where she will preside over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Hanyang Cyber University and the Secretariat-General of the National Assembly.
This MoU, to be signed by H.E. Dr. Keo Piseth, Permanent Deputy Secretary-General of the National Assembly, and the Rector of Hanyang Cyber University, aims to strengthen capacity building and provide training on information technology skills for Members of Parliament and Secretariat-General officials.
