Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has reaffirmed the Royal Government of Cambodia’s (RGC) commitment—under the leadership of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP)—to a people-centred policy, emphasising a strong focus on improving the well-being and living standards of all citizens.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a new CPP office building in Kampong Thom province this morning, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet said the CPP-led government continues to uphold peace and political stability as fundamental principles essential for national progress and development.
He credited this achievement to the successful implementation of the Win-Win Policy, introduced by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the CPP and President of the Senate.
“The CPP has won every election with the support of the people. These victories have enabled the CPP-led government to implement policies and initiatives that ensure all Cambodians can enjoy a better quality of life, with improved access to essential services and opportunities for personal and economic advancement,” said the Prime Minister.
He added that the RGC’s Pentagonal Strategy – Phase 1, implemented with a strong public mandate, prioritises key areas such as human capital development. The strategy also aims to strengthen internal stability, national unity, and resilience, while expanding external relations and respecting international law to promote peace at the national, regional, and global levels.
The government has launched a wide range of policies and initiatives to improve the lives of Cambodian citizens, focusing on poverty reduction, social protection, health, education, youth development, economic growth, and digital inclusion.
“Maintaining socio-economic development and safeguarding national sovereignty are core principles of the CPP-led government—principles that will remain unchanged and will continue into the future,” he stressed.
