Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has expressed warm welcome to all foreign students who have been studying in Cambodia, especially at the three important public universities.
Addressing to the graduation ceremony of almost 6,000 students of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) held at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre in Phnom Penh this morning, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said RULE and the other two universities, including the Royal University of Phnom Penh and National University of Management have been playing a key role in enhancing higher education in the Kingdom, both in terms of quality and reputation.
At the same time, the Premier spoke highly of the RULE which has so far received some 200 foreign students from France, Laos, South Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Tunisia, … as well as Ukraine.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen took the opportunity to re-appeal to the public and private higher education institutions to further improve their quality.
