Thbong Khmum provincial gendarmerie receives construction materials and other donations for the construction of its building and contribution to the fight against COVID-19 pandemic in the province from Gen. Hun Manet, Deputy Commander-In-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) and Commander of Royal Cambodian Army, via the provincial leaders at the handover ceremony held this morning.
