Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has sent separate congratulatory messages to H.E. Xi Jinping, President and General Secretary Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, and H.E. Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, on the occasion of the Spring Festival.
“On the auspicious occasion of the Spring Festival, or the Chinese New Year, I am pleased to extend my warmest greetings and best wishes to Your Excellency and all the friendly people of China,” Samdech Techo Hun Sen wrote in his messages dated Jan. 27.
“As Cambodia and China continue to collaborate closely and actively on building a high-quality, high-level, and high-standard community with a shared future, I am confident that the New Year will provide fresh impetus to advance our ironclad friendship and further deepen our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Cooperation,” he underlined.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen concluded his messages with best wishes of continued good health, happiness, and greater success to H.E. Xi Jinping and H.E. Li Qiang.
This year, the Chinese Lunar New Year falls this year on Jan. 29.
