“BEST OF INDIA EXPO 2025” is not only an acknowledgment of India’s excellence, but also a symbol of a shared future of prosperity, unity, and mutual benefit between Cambodia and India.

The remarks were made by Cambodia’s Minister of Commerce, H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul, while presiding over the expo’s opening ceremony in Phnom Penh yesterday, together with H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador of the Republic of India to Cambodia.

H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul expressed hope that the exhibition, held from Aug. 20 to 24, would serve as a platform to strengthen business connectivity, promote trade activities, and encourage a culture of partnership based on mutual trust and collaboration.

The Minister added that the expo continues to play a key role in promoting economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Cambodia and India. It also contributes to strengthening bilateral friendship and creating added value through joint opportunities in trade and investment. Areas of focus include garments, handicrafts, carpets, jewelry, home décor materials, toys, and India’s “One District, One Product” (ODOP) initiative.

She also praised the Embassy of India in Cambodia and all stakeholders for their strong cooperation in organising the event, and expressed gratitude for choosing Phnom Penh as the host city of the BEST OF INDIA EXPO 2025.
