Construction of Khmer Ancient-Art Stone Fence along Phnom Penh’s Boulevard 70% Done

The construction of the Khmer ancient-art stone fence along Phnom Penh’s Russian Federation Boulevard has now achieved 70 percent.

The update was shared by Mr. Moeung Ponlok, Deputy Director of Phnom Penh Capital Administration, adding that the stone fence stretches over one kilometre with a height of about two metres.

Mr. Moeung Ponlok continued that the stone fence runs about 650 metres from Total gas station to street R6, and 437 metres from street R6 to the entrance to Neakavon pagoda – along the boulevard.

The fence is being erected with sidewalks, he added, and is intended to further beautify the main boulevard of Phnom Penh capital.
