The Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts has announced to postpone the Nationwide Youth Arts Festival and the 23rd National Culture Day Celebration.
In an announcement released this morning, the ministry explained that the postponement is aimed to contribute to preventing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
The 23rd National Culture Day (Mar. 3) will be celebrated only through posters, banners, documentary and videos broadcast on TV, radio and social media, it pointed out.
