Kampot Provincial Governor and Head of the Provincial Red Cross Branch H.E. Cheav Tay hands over relief to a local elderly resident while he and his colleagues were visiting and distributing relief to 129 needy families from 6 communes in Chhouk district, Kampot province this morning.
