Cambodian PM Urges Attention to Work Efficiency


Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, this morning advised his competent officials to pay high attention to work efficiency.

Addressing to the inauguration ceremony of the new office building of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction in Phnom Penh, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said work efficiency has to be prioritied for all state institutions and ministries.

“If we have nice office, but no work efficiency, it will be zero. But if we have nice office, plus work efficiency, we will bring about benefit to our nation,” he underlined.

Work efficiency is also stated clearly in the Rectangular Strategy of the Royal Government, added Samdech Techo Hun Sen.

The Premier also encouraged energy saving practices at workplace such as switching off power sources when leaving office, setting the temperature (at 25 degrees Celsius) of air-conditioner, and so on.
