Cambodia and Pakistan laud the progress and are committed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in peacekeeping.
The positive move was revealed during a recent meeting between Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, and H.E. Zaheeruddin Babar Thaheem, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Cambodia here in Phnom Penh.
Samdech Tea Banh reaffirmed his optimism that H.E. Zaheeruddin Babar Thaheem’s diplomatic mission in Cambodia will grease the targeted cooperation advancement.
The two senior officials also discussed exchange visits and a cooperative memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of National Defence of both countries.
H.E. Zaheeruddin Babar Thaheem expressed his appreciation of Samdech Tea Banh’s warm hospitality and looked forward to close work cooperation with Cambodia.
