Cambodian Senate President Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum gives recommendations to 24 Cambodian scholarship students while he was holding a get-together with them at the Senate Palace in Phnom Penh this morning, prior to their departure to pursue their studies in Japan under the Project of Japanese Scholarship for Human Resource Development (JDS 2022-2023).
