A delegation of New Zealand senior officials led by Mr. Mark Sinclair Senior Official to ASEAN (SOM) and Deputy Secretary of Asia and America Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, arrives at Phnom Penh International Airport this morning to attend the 55th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings being hosted in Phnom Penh by the Kingdom of Cambodia from July 29 to Aug. 5.
