Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen addresses the participants while he was presiding over here this morning the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of two more flyovers – one at the intersection between Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd., Preah Monivong Blvd. and RCAF Blvd. (Street 271), and the other at the intersection between the Russia Federation Blvd., Samdech Chaufea Veang Kong Sam Ol Blvd. (Street 2004) and Street 2011, at a total estimated cost of some US$46.77 million.
