The Ministry of Commerce has been preparing for the establishment of five Cambodian private business centres in main cities of China in order to promote the sale of Cambodian products in the Chinese market.

The centres have been planned for five locations in China: Changchun, Harbin, Nanjing, Taiyuan and Zhengzhou.

The Ministry of Commerce established and officially inaugurated the Cambodian Private Business Centre in Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan in March 2022 for the permanent display and sale of Cambodian products.

The trade volume between Cambodia and China reached US$11,686 million in 2022, an increase of 4 percent, of which Cambodia exported a total of US$1,241 million worth of goods to China.
