PM Says the Government Didn’t Sleep in First Three Months of Office


Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet said during the first three months of office, the Royal Government of the 7th legislature of the National Assembly did not sleep, but was more proactive.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of 246.15-kilometre-long portion of National Road No. 5 from Prek Kdam in Kandal province to Battambang provincial city together with the groundbreaking ceremony for the reconstruction of another 35.14-kilometre-long portion of National Road No. 5 from Serei Sophorn city to Poipet city of Banteay Meanchey province this morning, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet said many achievements have been made during the first 90 days of his office, but the government remains determined for more achievements.

“We have put all efforts to boost the economic growth, foreign investment engagements […] to promote tourism and the people-to-people exchange as well as create jobs with better benefit for the people,” he underlined.

On the occasion, the Premier also expressed the Royal Government’s commitment to further enhancing more economic activities and potential for a better growth.

Besides, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet shared some suggestions for the effective infrastructure development for future growth.
