Acting Head of State: Cambodia Ready to Collaborate with Rwanda


The Kingdom of Cambodia is ready to cordially collaborate with the Republic of Rwanda to strengthen the bilateral relations and cooperation for the mutual benefits of both countries and peoples.

The remark was made by Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, Acting Head of State of Cambodia, while he was receiving credentials from H.E. Nkubito Manzi Bakuramutsa, newly appointed Ambassador of Rwanda to Cambodia, at the Senate Palace here this morning.

On behalf of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, Samdech Say Chhum extended warm welcome to the diplomatic mission of H.E. Nkubito Manzi Bakuramutsa in the Kingdom.

The Acting Head of State expressed his satisfaction with the relationship between Cambodia and Rwanda and was convinced that during H.E. Nkubito Manzi Bakuramutsa’s diplomatic term, the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two nations will be promoted to a new height.

For his part, H.E. Nkubito Manzi Bakuramutsa pledged to do his best to continue fostering the friendship and cooperation between the two peoples and countries for their mutual interest.
