Cambodian Prime Minister reaffirms the government’s attention and support for religious freedom and harmony in Cambodia, vowing to make a stand against all discrimination and exploitation of all religions.
Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet made the highlight when presiding over the 9th Ramadan Iftar Dinner of the Cambodian Muslim on Mar. 24 at the Chroy Changvar International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Phnom Penh.
Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet deeply appreciated Cambodia’s harmony among followers of different religions, which is not only a source of pride for the country but also for the entire world.
He credited religious harmony to the right policies of the Royal Government and good cooperation among all institutions and partners.
H.E. Othsman Hassan, the Senior Minister in Charge of Special Mission on Cambodian Islamic Affairs and a member of the Supreme Council of the Muslim World League, remarked that the Muslim community in Cambodia is enjoying complete safety, freedom of religious practice, and development.
