Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen received Dr. Ock Soo Park, Founder of the International Youth Fellowship (IYF), this morning at the Senate Palace in Phnom Penh.
During the courtesy meeting, Dr. Ock Soo Park briefed Samdech Techo Hun Sen on the mission and ongoing activities of IYF in Cambodia, and affirmed his commitment to continuing the organisation’s efforts in the Kingdom.

The Senate President reaffirmed Cambodia’s prioritisation of human capital development, noting that attention begins from the earliest stages of life—including pregnancy, child care programmes, and education.
He also shared the Royal Government’s policy to provide vocational training for 1.5 million young people, aimed at ensuring a skilled workforce to support the country’s socio-economic development.
Additionally, Samdech Techo Hun Sen reflected on his own experiences leading the nation from a young age.
