Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Australian Prime Minister H.E. Anthony Albanese on the recent victory of his party.
“I spoke with H.E. Anthony Albanese, Prime Minister of Australia, by telephone this afternoon to express my congratulations on the resounding victory of his Australian Labour Party in the federal election on Saturday, May 3, 2025,” the Cambodian Premier shared on his official social media accounts.
Samdech Thipadei noted that the outcome of the election reflects the Australian people’s strong trust in Prime Minister Albanese’s leadership and their continued support for his efforts to advance the country.
“I firmly believe that under his leadership, our two nations will continue to boost cooperation across all sectors, for the mutual benefit of the peoples of Cambodia and Australia,” he concluded.
