The humanitarian initiative took place at the headquarters of Intervention Brigade 128’s Battalion 283, a strategic military base in the province.

During the outreach, Lok Chumteav Hun Mana personally distributed critical supplies, including wheelchairs, elderly care packages, school materials, and snacks for children.

These donations were generously sponsored by the Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, and Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet. The aid specifically targeted vulnerable groups, such as low-income families, persons with disabilities, elderly citizens, and students.

In her address, Lok Chumteav Hun Mana commended military personnel for their “unwavering dedication and sacrifice in safeguarding national interests,” praising the efforts of Intervention Brigade 128’s officers and soldiers. She emphasised the dual impact of the mission: addressing urgent healthcare needs while bolstering morale among frontline defenders and their communities.
