Cambodia, Turkey to Boost Agriculture Development Cooperation


Cambodia and Turkey are considering an implementation of a Memorandum of Understanding on agriculture development cooperation.

The move was underlined in a meeting between H.E. Veng Sakhon, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and H.E. Mrs. Ülkü Kocaefe, newly appointed Ambassador of Turkey to Cambodia here in Phnom Penh on Wednesday.

H.E. Veng Sakhon said the agreement will grease the sharing of mutual experience and knowledge on agriculture modernisation, and human resource development between the two countries.

H.E. Mrs. Ülü Kocaefe agreed on agreement establishment and proposed the technical teams from the two countries to further discuss the details.
