Cambodia and Canada are committed to continue to work together to further foster gender equality and women’s entrepreneurship.
The commitment was affirmed in a meeting between H.E. Mrs. Ing Kantha Phavi, Cambodian Minister of Women’s Affairs, and H.E. Ms. Sarah Taylor, outgoing Canadian Ambassador to Cambodia at the ministry’s office in Phnom Penh on Wednesday.
The cooperation will be made possible through new projects that they will execute.
The two sides also appreciated the good cooperation between the Ministry of Women’s Affairs and the Embassy of Canada to Cambodia, especially support for women’s entrepreneurship development so far.
