Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has been appointed President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty King.
The appointment was made in a royal decree signed on Aug. 22 by His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia.
In another royal decree issued on the same day, the monarch nominated Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, former President of the National Assembly, as Honorary President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty King.
Moreover, His Majesty the King designated three new Supreme Personal Advisers, including Samdech Krolahom Sar Kheng, Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, and Samdech Kitti Sangaha Pundit Men Sam An, former Deputy Prime Ministers.
