Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet this morning expressed his high appreciation for the creations of Cambodian high school students, including books, remote control cars or planes and so on.
Addressing the celebration of Teachers’ Day 2023 held here at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia under the theme “Teachers are a pillar of school reform towards excellence”, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet stressed that this is a big achievement of Cambodia’s education sector.
“When I was young, even though I already finished high school, I could not write a book, but now some students can do it,” he said.
Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet encouraged the students to create more stuff as well as write more books.
“Book is a tool to inspire human’s wisdom, therefore I strongly encourage all to do so whether individually or in group,” the Premier added.
Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet also shared some recommendations in order to build more confidence and boost the education reform in the right way.
