Veterans associations of Cambodia and Thailand have entered a memorandum of understanding for cooperation to support families of war veterans.

Detnitit Luangamkum co-signed the cooperation deal on Feb. 12 at the CVA headquarters in Kandal province, Cambodia. The cooperation deal aims to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two associations to work closely with shared responsibility to promote the welfare of veterans.
Deeply appreciated the cooperation, H.E. Dr. Kun Kim, who is also a Senior Minister responsible for Special Missions, was positive that it will allow the exchange of best practices and lessons learnt between the two associations.
According to the Senior Minister, the War Veterans Organisation of Thailand was established in 1948 and is one of the longest-standing and most experienced veterans associations in ASEAN.
