Cambodian Minister of Tourism Holds Talks with Germany’s Marketpilots

H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism of Cambodia, has held a business discussion with Mr. Bodo Pfaff-Greiffenhagen, representative of Marketpilots from the Federal Republic of Germany.

The meeting was held in Berlin on Mar. 6, on the sidelines of the International Tourismus Börse (ITB Berlin) 2025 in Germany.

The meeting focused on exploring a direct flight connection between Cambodia and Germany via Techo International Airport.

This initiative would boost the growth of European tourism, particularly from German-speaking markets, to Cambodia.

Additionally, it would further promote Cambodia as a warm and welcoming world-class tourism destination, both regionally and globally.

H.E. Huot Hak led a high-ranking delegation to attend the ITB Berlin 2025, held from Mar. 3 to 5 in Berlin.

Cambodia’s participation in the event was aimed to promote the country’s tourism sector to the German and global markets.

During his stay in Berlin, H.E. Hout Hak has met with many tourism leaders and representatives of major tourism associations and firms of different countries focusing on tourism cooperation.
