A total of 1,958 students of the Human Resource University have successfully finished their respective degrees.
The graduation ceremony was held at the National Institute of Education, Phnom Penh this morning under the presidency of Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.
On the occasion, Samdech Techo Hun Sen shared the Royal Government’s commitment on financial management and encouraged the public to learn how to save money.
The Premier also highlighted the country’s progress and macroeconomic stability as well as the energy policy.
Human Resource University, is one of more than a hundred higher education institutions in Cambodia. Since its establishment in 1998, the university has provided education to nearly 40,000 students, and over 90 percent of them have been working in different state institutions, private sector and NGOs.
