The Cambodian National Assembly conducted Today Morning the 5th Session of the 6 legislature mandate under the chairmanship of Samdech Akeak Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, President of the Cambodian NA, with the participants of 117 members.
The session is to discuss on 11 agendas include:
1. The message of MAJESTY KING NORODOM SIHAMONI to the 5th Session of the 6th Legislative Mandate.
2. Summary Report of NA’s Activities during the 4th and 5th Sessions.
3. Discussion and Approval of the Draft Law on Commercial Gaming Management.
4. Discussion and Approval of the Draft Law on State Property Management.
5. Discussion and Approval of the Draft Law on:
– The Agreement between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of Malaysia on Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance-DTA.
-The Agreement between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of Republic of Korea on Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance-DTA.
6. Discussion and the Approval of the Draft Law on the Treaty of Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Republic of Korea.
7. Discussion and the Approval of the Draft Law on the Mutual Extradition Treaty Between the Kingdom of Cambodia and France.
8. Discussion and the Approval of the Draft Law on the Treaty of Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Russian Federation.
9. Discussion and the Approval of the Draft Law on the Minamata Convention on Mercury.
10. Discussion and the Approval of the Draft Law on the Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Ozone Depleting Substances.
11. Discussion and the Approval of the Draft Law on the ASEAN-Hong Kong Free Trade Agreement of the People’s Republic of China.
