បន្ទាប់ពីកម្ពុជាទទួលបានពានរង្វាន់មាសនៃពានរង្វាន់ឌីជីថលអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្នុងកម្រិតតំបន់ នាពេលថ្មីៗនេះ, តាមរយៈ Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI) ដែលជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសាកល (Global Initiative) សម្រាប់ការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ដែលជាកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរួម រវាងបណ្តារដ្ឋាភិបាល, ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍, អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល, និងវិស័យឯកជន បានផ្តល់ពានរង្វាន់ទទួលស្គាល់ជាសាកល (Global Recognition Award) ជូនដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចំពោះឧត្តមភាពនៃបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម ជាពិសេសលើផ្នែកអន្តរប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការធ្វើសុខដុមនីយកម្មប្រព័ន្ធចុះបញ្ជី និងគ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យគាំពារសង្គម ដែលចាត់ទុកជាការអនុវត្តល្អបំផុតលំដាប់អន្តរជាតិ។
ការទទួលស្គាល់កម្រិតសាកលនេះ បានធ្វើឱ្យកម្ពុជា ក្លាយជាប្រទេសទី១ ក្នុងបណ្តាប្រទេសសមាជិកនៃ DCI ជាង ៣០ ប្រទេស ដែលបាន និងកំពុងជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធឌីជីថលសាធារណៈ ឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពពេញលេញ និងបរិយាបន្នខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច និងការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈ។
សមិទ្ធផលនេះ បង្ហាញពី៖
– ចក្ខុវិស័យ និងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយភាពប្រាកដនិយម,
– កិច្ចសហការរវាងគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ស្របតាមអភិក្រម “ជវភាពនៃប្រព័ន្ធតួអង្គតែមួយ”,
– ការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តលើកិច្ចការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន និងសង្គតិភាព, និង
– ការចូលរួមរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្នុងដំណើរបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ទាំងកម្រិតតំបន់ និងកម្រិតសាកល។
ចាប់ផ្តើមពីកិត្តិយស និងការទទួលស្គាល់ក្នុងកម្រិតតំបន់ ទៅកាន់ការទទួលស្គាល់កម្រិតសាកល, ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បាន និងកំពុងបន្តដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅកសាងប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម ដែលមានភាពធន់ ប្រកបដោយតម្លាភាព និងផ្តោតលើពលរដ្ឋ ជាគោល។
Cambodia Receives the “Global Recognition Award” for Excellence in Digital Transformation in Social Protection

Following the recent receipt of the Gold Model at the ASEAN Digital Awards 2026 at the regional level, the Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI)—a global initiative for digital transformation and a joint effort among governments, development partners, civil society organizations, and the private sector—has conferred the Global Recognition Award upon the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia for its excellence in digital transformation in social protection. In particular, the award recognizes Cambodia’s excellence in interoperability and the harmonization of social protection registration and data management systems, which are regarded as international best practices.
This global recognition has made Cambodia the first country to receive this award among more than 30 DCI member countries that have been advancing the development of more comprehensive and inclusive digital public infrastructure, in order to strengthen governance and public service delivery.
This achievement reflects:
– Visionary and pragmatic leadership;
– Collaboration among all stakeholders following the “Dynamics of Stakeholder System”;
– Commitment towards inclusive and coherent digital transformation; and
– Cambodia’s contribution to regional and global digital transformation efforts.
From the honor and recognition at the regional level to this global recognition, Cambodia has continued its journey toward building a resilient, transparent, and citizen-centered social protection system.
